UPDATE: Contest Winners Announced, Below!!!

Dear Fanboy Comics Readers:

The FBC Staff attended last week’s San Diego Comic-Con and was ecstatic to see The Hunger Games‘ fan base in full force!  (You can find out more about our passion for The Hunger Games and FBC Manging Editor Barbra Dillon’s Katniss cosplay HERE.)

Our Staff members were extremely excited to snag the most sought-after Hunger Games swag!  While we would love to hold onto these items, we want to give other fans the opportunity to win the following items:

– Three of the stunning Hunger Games film posters courtesy of the SDCC Lionsgate booth.

– Two of the sought-after Mockingjay Pins (recently dubbed Comic-Con’s most essential piece of swag by Entertainment Weekly) courtesy of the SDCC Lionsgate booth.

– One copy of The Girl Who Was on Fire: Your Favorite Authors on Suzanne Collins’ Hunger Games Trilogy signed by Editor Leah Wilson and Contributor Ned Vizzini. (You can read more about Vizzini’s Comic-Con experience on HungerGamesMovie.org.) The FBC staff had the pleasure of meeting Wilson and Vizzini at the Smart Pop Books table at SDCC, and they were gracious enough to donate this signed copy of their book for this giveaway.  (They also gave a free signed copy of the book to everyone who attended the signing! Along with being talented writers, they are just down right nice people!)

How do you get your chance to win one of these items? Simply leave a comment (below) on this page stating which of The Hunger Games novels you like best and why.  Only one entry will be counted per person, and the contest will officially close on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at 5pm/PST.  (International entries will be accepted for this contest.) The winner of each item will be selected at random and announced on the FBC website on Wednesday, August 3, 2011, along with being notified by email.
