Fanboy Comics to Release ‘The Arcs’

FANBOY COMICS TO RELEASE THE ARCS

LOS ANGELES, CA – October 14, 2013 – After God has abandoned Earth, the seven Archangels are forced to protect humanity against the rising legions of Hell. Can they pull themselves together to defeat Lucifer and his demons, or are they destined to suffer their own fall from grace?

Fanboy Comics (FBC) is excited to announce the upcoming release of its latest graphic novel, The Arcs, on Wednesday, November 6, 2013.  Written and created by Michael D. Poisson, illustrated by Matt Jacobs (The Boys, Prototype), and lettered by Oceano Ransford (The Molting), The Arcs is an 80-page graphic novel that details the Archangels’ agonizing descent into darkness.

The Arcs will be available for purchase on the Fanboy Comics website starting on Wednesday, November 6, 2013.  In addition, attendees of Comikaze Expo (November 1-3, 2013) in Los Angeles, CA, will have an opportunity to buy advance copies of the graphic novel at the Fanboy Comics booth (AA1336).  In advance of the release, a free digital preview of The Arcs is currently available on the graphic novel’s website, www.thearcscomic.com.

Founded in early 2010 by self-professed “geeks” Bryant and Barbra Dillon and Sam Rhodes, Fanboy Comics seeks to provide an outlet for up-and-coming artists and writers with a desire to create new works and media.  By facilitating in-house collaborations and providing support and empowerment, FBC hopes to enable the production of professional and marketable creator-owned works.

Fanboy Comics’ previous graphic novels, Something Animal and Identity Thief, are available online at www.fanboycomics.net.  Something Animal is also available through iTunes, Barnes & Noble, and the digital distributor Graphicly.
